Tri-State Arts Association is a non-profit organization that has been in existence since 1953.
TSAA’s goals are to encourage and promote a public interest in and understanding of all schools of art; and to create and develop a closer relationship between art and the community.
Jurying is held two times a year in March and October at the Renaissance Art Gallery, 900 Eighth Street, Huntington, West Virginia or the Huntington Museum of Art, Studio One, 2033 McCoy Road, Huntington, WV.

Jurying Information
Be at least 18 years of age and a
Resident of West Virginia, Ohio, or Kentucky.
Submit five (5) pieces of your original works for review by the jury committee.
A member of TSAA should sponsor you.
Work presented in a professional manner – oil paintings framed, works on paper matted and framed. Works in other media i.e., drawing, pottery, photography, printmaking, and sculpture should be suitable presented. Work must be original. Copies made from other artwork or from photographs in books and magazines are not acceptable. There is a $5.00 nonrefundable fee.
Activities of TSAA
Six meetings are held each year to exchange ideas, learn from each other, plan activities for our club, etc.
To participate in the June Art-in-the-Park, members must attend at least TWO meetings per year. Cost for Art-in-the-Park is $20.00 for the weekend. This event is usually in June and October at Ritter Park in Huntington, WV.
Annual Holiday Party in December that counts as a meeting.
Annual picnic in August at Ritter Park that counts as a meeting.
Active website, tristatearts.org that features members and news; a website page devoted for each member to display their artwork and E-mail access to the TSAA group.

Dues of $20.00 are payable each May. The dues of new members jurying in March will be applied to the coming year. The dues of new members jurying in October will be $15.00 for the first year.
